How do we coordinate a graffitis team building workshop?
Before outlining our recommendations, it’d be important to note that we customize each graffitis team building experience to suit your requirements. We design the introduction to ensure that every activity has a purpose. After all, we act as educators, and our goal is for your team to gain knowledge in the field while enjoying themselves.
Your colleagues will work closely with the Cooltourspain team and one another. Together, they will create and paint a collective mural. We will provide a custom design in advance, and you may take the completed mural back to your office. Have you thought about using it to embellish your warehouse walls?
Depending on the size of the group, we will secure a location in central Madrid for a half-day session. We will supply all necessary materials and transform the event into an extraordinary, enjoyable experience. Divided into work stations
Our graffitis team building workshop usually takes around 2 hours and is available in Spanish, English, or French. Moreover, we split the session into two work stations. One group works on a mural on a specially designed wall (using cardboard boxes, drywall, canvas, or wood), while the other decorates a take-home item—typically a 100% cotton tote bag.
After a set period, teams rotate stations to keep everyone actively involved. No prior skills are necessary. Individuals across a wide age range—18 to 65 and older—can participate and relish the creative experience.
A graffitis team building where you will always have a spray can ready
One of the highlights for many participants is the spray can itself. Regardless of whether you’re a novice or have some street art skills, our recyclable stencils and masking tape methods ensure everyone can thrive in this graffitis team building activity.
We will guide you in creating shapes/figures, selecting the appropriate spray nozzles, and utilizing grids to arrange each element. You will work with water-based spray paint on paper, fabric, wood, or plastic—safe and free of heavy metals—allowing even large groups (40, 50, or 60 participants) to paint at once without health risks.
Like actual street artists who tag trains or walls, we’ll document the completion of the mural with a final product photo. The only difference? We have explicit permission to paint!
