Cooltourspain.com is a project created by Javier Garcia Colomo. Transparency is among our core values, that’s why we would like you to know from the beginning that your privacy is an important issue to us. This is a privacy declaration that explains what kind of personal data we keep and how do we use it.  We invite you to carefully read these terms before offering your personal data in this website. Every single person must be 18 years old, or receive the previous parents’ agreement form.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

cooltourspain.com uses adwords and Facebook ads. At the moment we create an add and you click on it, we obtain the following:

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you participate in any our activities, we may request from you a picture. It will be used in our website to promote the services in which people participate.

Cookies

How long we retain your data
